Turns out I had an issue that did need to be fixed: "[Your character] had some very unique and strange phasing issues that I haven't seen before. But all is well, after some tinkering, I found out what was going on. Somehow, [your character] had completed the quests before and after The Weeping Wound, and therefore wasn't able to accept this quest. I went ahead and accepted and completed the quest for you, so you should be good there.." From a GM.
