TheWoWDBHe is in the same ogre camp few huts down on the right side, there is a big door and a green bonfire in the middle, he looks different from the rest of the ogre's once you take him out there is a container to open containing the light.

One word of warning about this shammy. He drops a fire totem. If you kill him and that totem is still there it will delay you enough by not letting you loot ("interrupted") that you will have to kill this guy a second time. He respawn so fast that after the second time and I looted and ran out, he was there before I got to the door, but out of aggro range!

To see de spirits, we need a special light. A light that lights up one's insides. De light of souls. Twilight's Hammer uses dem to root out traitors after what we did to dem in Hyjal. Dey just gave one to de Glopgut ogres as a gift. Inside de Glopgut Hollow to de north, you'll find de great big brute Thog. He's got him a Light of Souls. At least, he will until you take it from him.
