The World Awaits is a quest for level 90, added in Midnight.
Sinu a'manore, <class>. It is true in the past, I have been less than... egalitarian in my outlook. Yet in these times of trouble, there is much to be done--whether here in Quel'Thalas or elsewhere.
Will you face the challenge and prove yourself once more?

During The War Within expansion, turning in [quest=83366] while I had the [spell=46668] buff from Darkmoon Faire would have given me 2,750 rep. However, I turned in The World Awaits today on a level 90 toon and only got 2,500 rep. I moused over the buff to confirm that it says "Experience and Reputation gains increased by 10%".
Darkmoon Faire buff doesn't work with Midnight renown. It's not specific to this quest; it's Midnight renown from any source.

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline. A step the build does not name is kept in place, unnamed, so the sequence stays complete.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

TheWoWDB/way #2393 48.8 64.6Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Silvermoon City, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Silvermoon City:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
