This chart for is for players who want to work through the clues given in [item=208929].

[npc=207697] tells you [npc=185562] (the barkeeper at the Rotten Ram) has been stashing supplies all over the city for “something big”, maybe an expedition.
She gives you a list of attractions in Valdrakken with Cogs-Bolts coordinates called [item=208929]. She tells you to equip the [item=206696] and [item=207730]. Your task is to find several caches hidden around the city.

The key to solving They Are Always Listening is to reset your Cogs-Bolts coordinates at each attraction in [npc=207697]'s list. Then rely on the [item=207730] and search for a cache in the general area. Use the Cogs-Bolts coordinates as a check.

Reset coordinates behind the statue of the titan with the glowing orb. The [npc=195827] is in front of the statue.

The Ruby feast is in a large open air pavilion. Find the tea service and reset your coordinates.

Find an open arcane book floating outside a building of researchers in the Sapphire Enclave. Go inside to find a noter on a pile of books (37.7, 37.1).

There are no coordinates to reset. Go to the Rotten Ram. Bow before the dragon statue in the Inn to gain admittance to the Dragon’s Hoard bar. In the bar, rely on the [item=207730] to the final cache.
