A Proper Burial

Quest is not showing up, have completed everything up to this point. Seems like a few people are having this problem, haven't found a fix yet. edit: do not have the banner in bags or bank or mail. No leftover clues in inventory. If I go to the caves I am able to find the cairn markers with the idol but I cannot interact with the big cairn inside in any way.

Update: The quest is now available, not sure if they hotfixed it or if it randomly decided this login was the login that was going to solve things. Hopefully it's working for everyone now. For the record nothing I did affected the issue, it just appeared on login.

Just want to say you can go straight to Deadsnare Caverns and up the ramp in the back of the caves to interact with the banner stand if you don't want to do all the previous steps.
