Through the Dream

Through the Dream is a quest for level 30-35 in Mount Hyjal. It is step 10 of 118 in the Mount Hyjal storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Mount Hyjal at 52.1, 17.4. It rewards 3 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 3,600 experience and money.

Description

Alysra's plan might be necessary, <name>. I don't know how much longer we can hold off the cultists.

Fandral Staghelm is bound by powerful spells. He won't be able to escape you, even inside the Emerald Dream.

Beware, though, for all we know the nightmare has spread to this part of the world inside the dream.

Take Fandral to the surface and hand him to Alysra. Let us hope he's more secure in Moonglade than he is here.

It's not really very helpful when someone is saying "i've got problems" to say "well it works for me"... So here's a possible fix.

A guildie of mine was trying this quest and... well, i'm glad i had my profanity filter on. But in the end he tried reloading UI and this fixed it!

Hope that helps if anyone else is having problems.

IMPORTANT INFO:

  2. End of the Supply Line and Harrying the Hunters can be done by both factions, but "The Voice of..." followup requrement is different.

  4. Goldrinn's Ferocity and Howling Mad allows other players to share you quests next on line, but Lycanthoth the Corruptor{H} will let you be in same phase as npc.

  6. Into the Maw!{A2;H;H2}. There are 2Alliance and 2Horde variants, for each faction one from wolf spirit and one backup from main quest guy in Shrine of Goldrinn.

  8. Whole Firelands Forgeworks(8) chain doesn't have any pre-quests. You can get first time to Hyjal and ask warlock to summon you there and do the quests. However Lightning in a Bottle{H} is needed to use the standart teleport.

  • A Prisoner of InterestMount Hyjal · Level 30-35

The Twilight's Hammer wants to free Fandral Staghelm? Malfurion suspected his corruption ran deep... this just cements it. At any rate we cannot allow our enemies to get their hands on such a powerful arch druid. I've a plan, <name>. We will move the prisoner through the Emerald Dream.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Return to NordrassilMount Hyjal · Level 30-35

I will take Fandral to Moonglade swiftly. I hope to return soon so I may continue to aid in the battle. In the meantime, report back to Ysera and inform her of these recent developments.
