TheWoWDBI had problem finding quest-turn-in until I made "/tar Widow Arak" and gave her a Target Marker. She is hanging by a thread below platform.

I reached 7/9 with The Weaver but realized I could not pick up the quest unless it was on a character who had already completed the line starting with Saving Private Spindle. Once I logged on my alt who had completed it, I was able to pick up the quest.
This is a reference to the John le Carre book, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. I always heard le Carre's name mentioned as a kid, because he (real name: David Cornwell) went to the Lincoln College at Oxford, same as my father.
It was made into a TV series in 1979, and a well-known film in 2011.
