TheWoWDBYou have to bring armor from [npc=99402] at Black Rook Hold Castle in Val'sharah. It's easier to enter the castle from the back entrance at 38.71, 57.8, nearest flight point is Bradensbrook. [npc=99402] is inside the building at 40.9, 51.4, kill him, get [item=129974] and get back to [npc=98931] in Dalaran.

For those confused like I was, you don't have to enter the dungeon. Go around to the back of the area and you can access this and the other Leatherworking quest.
FYI Horde players - the back of the rook, near the sea is an Alliance location and you can be flagged if you get too close.

Description
All types of Black Rook Hold armor are intriguing, but I'm most interested in their chest pieces. If ye can, try to find someone of importance there and... relieve them of their shirt. If it makes ye feel any better, I've heard they're all cursed, so puttin' them out of their misery is the least ye could do.
