This one is not worth it. The drop rate isn't great and the mobs aren't that plentiful either. Just do one of the other quests instead.
Droprate is about average, 1 tome in about 2-3 Ogres.
In the northern quest area at about 24.0, 71.5, there's a building with 3 of them in there, though one might be stuck in the cauldron. And outside of it should be 1-2 additional.
