TheWoWDBAs of Dragonflight pre-patch, the crafting window will not show the craft required to complete this quest. Until (unless) this is fixed, the following command can be run:
/run PickupSpell(186738)This will put the craft in an icon on your mouse that you can put in an empty spot on your action bars. You can then open the crafting window and utilize the icon to complete the craft.
