Either I'm very unlucky, or the flanks have a very low droprate for a world quest. I had to kill 39 bears before I had 5 flanks.
On Beta - Killed 12 bears to get the 5 required. so not 100% droprate.
healing the injured workers doesn't do anything, the quest is bugged NA 11/17/2023 @ 1400 time
