TheWoWDBI had to kill this big blob this week. He has a health pool of 353K, but don't let that scare you off. When you attack him, some helpful mobs spawn that start bashing at him. Also, make sure to use Marz' tank ability if you're a squishy class like me. You might have to re-use that ability during the fight. Other than that and stay out of the bad stuff on the ground there's really nothing special to note about this fight.
