Traitors Among Us

Traitors Among Us is an Alliance-only quest for level 15-30 in Dustwallow Marsh. It is step 1 of 83 in the Dustwallow Marsh storyline, the opening step. The quest's turn-in marker is in Dustwallow Marsh at 68.3, 51.0. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

It's good to meet you, <class>. I've come to Theramore to help eliminate the problem of the deserters. Not only have some of the men abandoned their posts, but some have filtered back into the town.

These deserter agents are spreading lies and propaganda, hoping to convince others to join their ranks.

They're at virtually every guard post throughout the town and the docks. Find them, expose them, and discredit them. At this point, anything more risks inspiring more sympathy for them.

The deserter agents were doing far more than just chatting up the guards. We've found a number of leaflets the deserters somehow managed to smuggle in on a ship in the docks. The ship used to transport the leaflets is still in Theramore, at the farthest dock.
