The grave yard you are looking for is at 32.30, 39.47. It is up the road north of town not across the lake. Which I would’ve known if I read the quest. :-)

Anyone else having issues with the Gnomecorder, and also the "radio" device during the Horatio Laine quest line in the Deadmines?
I'm assuming I'm supposed to be able to talk to these people and turn in / accept quests from them, but I end up having to return to them where they are standing to continue on. REALLY annoying.

What to do
Description
The gnomecorder looks to be in working order. I've got you all hooked up, now we just need to tune the gnomecorder for reception. Head north out of Lakeshire and follow the road up to the graveyard. Once you reach the graveyard I'll attempt to transmit.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- We Must Prepare!
More of our citizens go missing every day. We think the gnolls are responsible, but we have no idea where they are taking them! If you are to help us defeat the gnolls and find our people, you must be properly equipped. Unfortunately, we are all out of gnomecorders.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Canyon Romp
<The gnomecorder hums.> The first order of business is a romp through the Redridge Canyons, directly north of Lakeshire. Kill every gnome that you see... woops, did I say gnome? I meant gnoll. Kill every GNOLL that you see and take their collars as proof of deed.
