TheWoWDBFor other players like me, Choofa is easy to miss. The spirit squirrel is on the ground floor and sort of tucked away into a corner. While in Heart of the Forest, use "/tar choofa" and then add a raid marker via right-clicking the unit frame so you can easily spot the direction to run in.

So I am not sure exactly what happened, but after turning in this quest, I am still unable to change into a Turkey Soul.
I went back and tried the process again and didn't get the soul a second time.... so I assume it is a bug.
Don't forget this is a Crittershape so you have to talk to Choofa and NOT Muun
