If you plan on doing the wintersaber rep grind, DO NOT turn this quest in.

The reason, the quest item [item=64637] can be used to respawn the two types of mobs you need for the winterfall intrusions quest.

When you destroy a totem in the village, another one will spawn almost immediately. If one doesn't, kill another and it will force a spawn. When the totems spawn they will also force spawn either the totemics or den watchers. You can be in and out in under a minute and never have to worry about waiting for a re-spawn again.

Description

Despite their corruption and madness, the Winterfall barely cling to their shamanic powers. It disturbs me to see the power of the elements used by them to harm my tribe and other innocents. We will turn their totems against them! Take my own totem with you into Winterfall Village. Use its powers on the Winterfall's totems from afar, and the fury of the earth will be unleashed on all nearby! Needless to say... keep a safe distance!
