TheWoWDBIf you're an level 85 (Or higher), like me, who just flew up there and killed him and then suddenly wonder why you only got 1 out 3 parts of the quest, then you need to simply loot the satchel in your inventory.
At least that worked for me, flew up there, killed him, looted the satchel, and flew back.

Because it's not written I'm writing a little post about HOW to get this quest. With Heirlooms and other EXP boost doodads this quest is normally skipped because you out level zone so fast and if you're like me and want a item that is a quest reward for completing this quest (like [item=30375] to complete the enchanted thorium set) trying to find your way to get this quest isn't quite so.... linear.
First you need to be aligned with [faction=934], and by that I mean you need to make it official, you need to have completed Allegiance to the Scryers. I wanted to rush this so I just started turning in [item=29739] and hit Honored and the quest lines in Netherstorm never opened up. Once I stopped being a nuff-nuff and finished Allegiance to the Scryers and became "officially aligned" the quests needed opened up.
After you're affiliated with The Scryers you need to talk to [npc=19468] and [npc=19469] located in Netherstorm, Area 52 Inn. You will then need to complete Bloodgem Crystals and then all quests from [npc=19468] leading up to the completion of Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu. Once you complete Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu and turn it in [npc=19469] will start giving you the quests needed to lead you up to this quest!

(Also I have no idea why but on some wowhead pages there are Alliance symbols next to the first two [npc=19469] quests, as a horde I was slightly confused with this to begin with but both Horde and Alliance, as long as you're with the Scyers, will be given these quests, it's not alliance only - just FYI)
