It's interesting, regardless of which side you play as, it's always the other one that's painted as the clear 'bad guys', doing horrible things etc, while your own faction is generally portrayed sympathetically, helping people and doing what's right, and so on. You have to wonder how much of it is actually happening, and how much is just events being filtered by your own character's perceptions...

Alliance counterpart: Unfair Trade. Whatever Alliance does in this quest (which according to dialogue amounts to not giving much breaks and water), Horde can outdo easily.
I don't know about anyone else, but the Pandaren Volunteers seem to get their voices mixed up a LOT.
I've seen female (adult) Pandaren say with a child voice "I'm growing a beard". I've also seen female Pandaren uses the Male Adult Pandaren voice when working, making low-toned grunt sounds.
It's pretty hilarious.

What to do
Description
We originally welcomed the Alliance as friends. Several of our villagers volunteered to help them build an airstrip. Only recently, however, did it become clear to us that they were building a war base, within shouting distance of our village. What's worse - I fear that some villagers are being held against their will. If you find them, {class}, let them know that it is time to come home.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Choppertunity
I spotted some shoulder-mounted rocket launchers on the way over here. They mighta been fireworks. I dunno. I'm just going to assume that they were shoulder-mounted rocket launchers until I'm proven wrong. Point is, in the arms of a skilled <class> like you, they could probably take down a chopper.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Darkness Within
You didn't see Captain Doren while you were out there, did you? That sniveling Alliance leader must be in hiding somewhere. If he wasn't in that airbase, he can't be far. Search the perimeter - try searching the cave southwest of the main airfield. I want the Alliance gone from here!
