Toya is just to the left of the Flight Master right where you get the quest.
Ok, so I did every single quest int his zone....or so i thought. I looked at my acheiv and noticed there are several I did not complete, sI I read up on them and this is one of those. Based on what I am reading I have to speak to Toya and start aquest to deliver this Scavenged Jade. the thing is there isnt a quest for me here. So this tells me I have missed something before. Is there a place I can find out a list of things I need to do so I can unlock this?
