Where the hell is Tak-Tak?
Tak-Tak is just west of the temple building itself, not the whole of the temple area as it looks on the map. Instead of going of a cross country ramble for ten minutes looking further and further west just as soon as you step out of the doorway of the Temple turn to your right and there is a gap between the building and the wall. Walk through the gap and around the outside of the building and hidden out of sight there is Tak-Tak and some other jerk who likes hiding from players.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Report from Tian Monastery
We have heard from all our temples on Pandaria, except for one. We dispatched a message by bird to Tian Monastery, but no answer has yet arrived. This silence is quite unusual. Grandmaster, I recommend that we send our champion, Chen Stormstout, to scout the situation at once.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Slowing the Spread
Reinforcements. Just what we needed! Grandmaster, the monastery is under attack. The Legion is using a foul device known as a Fel Spreader to scorch the very earth we walk on with disgusting fel energy. Destroy those machines, and we can slow their efforts.
