The best way to go to [npc=125388] is to click on the navigation console on the "Vindikaar" and get teleported to the Destiny Point. Go out of the camp down to Nath'raxas Hold, turn right at 59.5, 38.1 and go to 62.8, 27.0 go left through the passageway until you see [npc=125388] in front of a hut.

The way to reach him is head toward the Court of the Avenger, but DO NOT cross the bridge. The turn off is on the right side at /way 59.61, 32.85
As you head up that road, there is a lefthand path leading through a ton of trashmobs. Just keep following the path up winding around to the right -- the guy is down in a little pit near the top.
