somehow you will got this quest bugged after kill Lord Nath'raxas. (ported back to Destiny Point).
Just comeback to Nath'raxas Hold manually using your mount/run and it will be auto complete.
(no need to abandon and retake the quest)
Oh I really like the cut-scene at the end! :D it feature your character, wish I knew how to re-watch it :(

Description
Lord Nath'raxas rules over this hold as thanks for his role in delivering Argus to the Legion many years ago. Make no mistake, he is powerful, but he has also grown overconfident in his seat. Take advantage of his hubris and make use of the warframe's firepower while you can. We will storm the courtyard shortly!
