I probably just went dumb for a second but I could not for the life of me figure out where this lead... because I was looking on the same "continent". Turns out it was back on Krokuun, which I didn't notice. Take the teleporter to Krokul Hovel and run from there.

If you, like me, are having trouble finding the item to click on, and there is already a transport pad there, you, like me, might have already done this quest on another toon and already have the transport pad available. The crystal you have to click on is there, it's just kind of hard to see, as it is the same color and glow as the transport pad. When you hover over the correct item, your cursor will turn into a hand with a little arrow, instead of the circle with a triangle behind it. It can be difficult to see, but it's there!

Ye should go back to Turalyon and let him know what ye've seen. I'll stay here and see if I can't glean anything else that might help us.
