TheWoWDBIn order to see the turn-in NPC ( [npc=82476] ) you've got to accept the quest Scout Forensics. If you don't, Khaano won't show up, but the question mark on your mini-map will.

GLITCH (sort of). I completed this quest, and got a Yellow ? middle of the small island, but there was NOT an NPC to accept finished quest. Same time, though, there was a marker for Rangari Khaano to the north. I grabbed HIS quest (pouches), and when I had done THAT quest, there he was ! - top of that lil island, with results for pouches and Vengeance quests. (I think it depends on how you come into this area .... I just dropped off a cliff above, and Vengeance was the first quest I encountered).

You can see that the dead were the lucky ones. Those that live wander about attacking anything not infected with these vile spores. I cannot bring myself to slay them, but if you could bring mercy to those poor people I would be very grateful.
