If you get this world quest and it doesn't proc for you and you don't get credit, try another realm....I tried logging out, hearthing, etc and nothing even though I had no problem on all of my other toons....I decided to try another realm and it worked. So save your time and just look for a group.
If you come from the north path (55, 30) where Earseeker battlepet is, there is only a few mobs. This guy can also be soloed without warframe, his main damage is when he casts shadowfrost nova which can be dodged.
