Follow these markers, assuming you're coming from the East (from Tortaka Refuge):

/way 55.00 36.68 Vulture's Nest (1): enter Faithless camp
/way 53.43 35.49 Vulture's Nest (2): take 2nd left
/way 52.66 36.14 Vulture's Nest (3): turn left again
/way 53.75 37.78 Vulture's Nest (4): Alliance banner

Then click the alliance banner, turn in the quest in the same spot, and don't forget to talk to the flight master nearby to unlock your flight path.

you can skip nearly all of the trash by taking the back door. Coords are 49.75, 41.35. Climb the shallow ridgeline going north at craklin ridge. It's right off the path heading west up a hill. You'll probably have some trouble climbing go left and right until you get traction. Go to the left and climb another ridge going toward the right. You'll see some Ridge Skycallers and an imprsioned Pter. Kill him and use a glider to get to quest location.
