Mummaki is located on the top floor of the largest structure, just east of the Ango'rosh Grounds.
Mummaki has 2 guards, each with only a few thousand HP. I believe this quest is recommended to be done with a group of 2, but if you can output any amount of burst damage, it's very easy to do solo.
Daggerfen Poison Manual for the quest "Secrets of the Daggerfen" (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9848) lies on the same floor that Mummaki resides, so make sure to pick that up.

Description
Wanted: Chieftain Mummaki - leader of the foul and degenerate Lost One tribe of the Daggerfen, for his brutal attacks against the Orebor Harborage. The chieftain and his band of assassins are responsible for the deaths of numerous Kurenai and draenei and should only be approached by seasoned combatants. Travelers are advised to avoid the Daggerfen Village area to the west of the Orebor Harborage. To claim the bounty, present proof of the chieftain's demise to Ikuti.
