WANTED: Custos is a group quest for level 60 in Zereth Mortis, added in Shadowlands. It rewards 1 reward item, 1 reputation reward, 10,200 experience and money.
A once-stable automa is showing signs of unusual dysfunction, attacking Enlightened along the road outside of Pilgrim's Grace.
It is essential that the roads remain safe for our pilgrims.
Rafiq has designated the elimination of this threat to be of the highest priority.

Once members of Cartel Al, the Enlightened have abandoned the pursuit of profit and glory out of devotion to the First Ones. By earning their favor, the brokers may be willing to share the knowledge they have gleaned.
Reputation group: Shadowlands.
Other quests in Zereth Mortis that reward The Enlightened reputation: A Mysterious Voice (+50), Core of the Matter (+75), Acquaintances Forgotten (+100), Lifetimes To Consider (+100), The Turning Point (+100), For Every Soul (+100).
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.
Taken from the quest's prerequisites.
I am relieved that you survived the passage to Zereth Mortis. From what I've overheard of Pelagos's conversation with Kleia, it sounds like you had an incredible journey. These Enlightened brokers could make valuable allies.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Zereth Mortis, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.

As a warlock I was struggling with this due to his heal. Your mention of fear was something I had never thought of using before. Thank you :-)
