Gather the 10 supplies, then convert to raid. You can then turn in to all NPCs the same day for all the achievement progress without actually completing the quest. Then convert back to party when you're ready to complete the daily.

Don't worry if the quest and your progress disappears on the way to there. It will reappear once you're near the village.
