The quest has to be turned in at Tirna Vaal, not in the cave in Dusty Burrows. This might only happen if you turn in Queen of the Underground first.
Fun fact: These burrows can be interacted with while stealthed and won't reveal you, so if you've already killed all your gorms you can sneak around and collect.

Then go 65 38 and put on place [item=172953]. Then press on [npc=158967] and pull them in to [item=172953] Do line that 4 times ( They will follow you for few sec some times you need to press two times on 1 worm go get him on place ).Press first on [npc=159011] ( worm on right side from NPC ) then will spown on ground [item=173268] pick it up.
