Approach from the sea to the beach, otherwise you will get aggro from 100 angry dwarves.
The quest is easy enough, kill the Dwarves and click the shiny placeholders to activate and complete quest.
I come with a warning! I posted a screenshot of the area. In the top right of my picture, you'll see a lone mole machine and an instance portal.
Horde characters... Do Not Enter! I was curious and did, and found myself in THE MOTHERLOAD dungeon, but placed at the TOP of the map, surrounded by mobs and no where to go to leave! The only way out is either soloing the dungeon to the entrance, sneaking out if you have stealth (maybe), or using your hearth!
I love Hexlord Raal already XD

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

/way #862 38.9 73.1Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Zuldazar, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Zuldazar:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
