Description
Ever since the terrible events of the Voidspire, Arator has suffered. He has kept to himself, or prayed alone at the Dawnwell. We all feel the loss of Alleria and Turalyon, but Arator only reunited with them recently, after their long fight against the Burning Legion. I worry that if he is left to his own thoughts for too long, he may not come out of this the same. Let us go to the Dawnwell and check on him.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Echoes of the Darkwell
Magister Umbric has been keeping an eye on the Twilight's Blade, receiving reports from the field. He thinks something is afoot. That is not all. He said that he has also been keeping an eye on Arator since the Darkwell, and has developed... concerns about him. Go, speak with him.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Resurgence in Deatholme
While we cannot know yet where Xal'atath has gone, or if Alleria and Turalyon are still alive, we can still pursue information. Riftblade Maella has kept me up to date on the Twilight cultists. They have been gathering strength, gathering numbers, and seem to be searching for... something.
