This quest only becomes available after you complete Grimtotem Chiefs: Isha Gloomaxe and only if you didn't pick up The Rattle of Bones outside the tent.
If you're doing this breadcrumb with your second trial account, this quest chain is extremely buggy. The questgiver spawns and gives quests only for the second character
But don't panic! You can exit the group, continue the chain and finish Grimtotem Chiefs: Isha Gloomaxe on your trial account (don't pick up the quest from the ground!), receive this quest, form the group again and share this quest to your main account
