Warchief's Command: Thousand Needles!

Thousand Needles has been completely changed, and it is now a fantastic (watery) quest hub. You get your own boat, you fight pirates, you help an ice-cream man perform quests in the middle of the a lake for some reason... what more could you want‽ Oh yeah, and there's goblins.

On a side note: I got Thousand Needles Quests while just going for the end quest by doing all it's pre-requisit quests and some side quests that were in the same area. (Also did a chain started with Special Delivery for Brivelthwerp but afaik this is not needed.)

The Warchief's Command Board simply directs level appropriate players to their designated areas. If you are of a higher level, just go to the next NPC in the chain, in this case Nyse in Mudsprocket.
