Eventually picked up quest, closed game totally, reloaded and put items in brazier - worked!

Description
Let me just grind these flowers and... there we are, all ready! Take these items and place them in the incense burner. Together with Bovan's necklace, I can entreat Ohn'ahra to help us find him. With luck, she will give us a vision.
