What We Wish to Forget

What We Wish to Forget is a quest for level 60 in Bastion. It is step 13 of 17 in the Crown of Wills storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Bastion at 59.2, 88.2. It rewards 8,150 experience and money.

Description

While the language of the Progenitors will aid us, there is another trait that will help break Domination's hold on us.

An indomitable will.

Those of us who have endured before, and survived, have that inherent resistance, which we will offer up to be infused into each of the shards.

The Primus has assured me that this will work. With no other options, this is the only way.

I trust that it will be worth the suffering.

Did you abandon this quest, or get a summon, or die? Is the only reason you're here to find the coords for the entrance because you are HELPLESSLY LOST? (not that I know from personal experience... <.<) Look no further, friends!

The entrance to the Chamber of First Reflection is at 55.89, 86.44

Just follow the hallway down to the room and talk to Bolvar. Vive is correct, the shards are floating in a column of light. Good luck! :)

  • Where the Memory ResidesBastion · Level 60

I think I know what will be asked of us in Bastion. It will not be easy. With this half of the Helm, we have collected the first part of what is needed to resist Domination. But there are those of us who have also suffered from it. Lived through it. In a way, it has marked us. All of us.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • What Makes Us StrongBastion · Level 60

I wish that I knew of this place sooner. Where terrible darkness could be purged from oneself, memories examined and expunged... I am willing to do whatever it takes to help defeat Zovaal, no matter the cost. This is the only way.
