This quest is obtainable from Mountaineer Stormpike at Algaz station, Loch Modan (Coordinates 25 17), upon completion of Kobold and Kobolder.
It is advisable to complete Filthy paws at the same time.
The objective is to remove Foreman Sharpsneers head from his shoulders. The Foreman can be found in the Silver Stream Mine. The entrance to which is East of the questgiver at co-ords 35 18.
Inside you will find Tunnel rat geomancers and stonesplinter workers. Go straight ahead at the first junction and then continue to follow the broken rail tracks to the foreman at co-ords 34 26.
He has a respawn timer of approximately 2 minutes and 546 health.
Return to mountaineer stormpike to hand in the quest once complete.
On completion I also gained 69 rep with Alliance and 69 with Gilneas.

Description
Dorli's filled me in on this crazy trogg-slave operation the kobolds have going, and if you haven't talked to her about it yet, I suggest you do. I'd like to get to the bottom of this. Literally! Whoever's running this show is bound to be at the bottom of the mine, calling the shots, and I want them dealt with. Find whatever crafty bugger is directing the geomancers and diggers and bring me back their head.
