Hide and seek... there is a reason these kids are orphans...
Hide and Seek challenge, he runs around as a wisp until near the end; the radar does work but the wisp is pretty fast, use a ground mount, I ended up finding him at - /way 42.38, 52.59
You need to click him, when you're close he changes into a shadow form of himself, not a wisp any longer.Theres a few spots he will/can end up;
You can also do normal hide and seek, and go back to the kid and do challenge hide and seek to get both checked off on the same day for the achievement.
