Is this a reference to something? She seems rather violent and has quite the way with words for a child... like she's an illusion meant to fool us into thinking she's a child.
I wasn't able to find this quest on my map. I abandoned it, still couldn't find it. Hearthed to Dornogal, flew back to the area, and Alyza appeared by my side with a quest marker.
