This is a new recipe you can learn from the cooking trainer in Mezzamere. You get the fish for this quest in Mechagon and the turn in is in Mezzamere. OK I'm lost here. A quest without any text what to do and where.
If you can't find the recipe in your cooking book, it is not called Big Mech, it is called Mech-Dowel's 'Big Mech'. I was scratching around for a while until I saw this.
