TheWoWDBI find it strange that these work orders don't count towards the Emissary. They used to in Legion. It feels odd to go finish a World Quest for a faction and not have it counted.

You are requested to cook some Mon'Dazi - 20 to be exact.
Recipe need to be crafted 4 times. Go to npc [npc=141936]/way Dazar'alor:Zuldazar 44.15 32.27

40x Wild Flour
20x Foosaka
16x Powdered Sugar**** Note that he sells Powdered Sugar in stacks of 10. If you want to buy 16, you will need a macro or an addon. Below string for paste:

After that you should run to the closest water and fish up 8x any BFA fish. You do not need Zandalari Fishing. Right click them to get Aromatic Fish Oil.
