TheWoWDBSo this world quest didn't show up on my map at all. I found it using the Legion Companion App and seeing it on the map there. Still never saw it in-game and had to run around to find it. Literally just inside the Crumpled Palace at 46, 41. Craft the item there while the world quest is shown and turn it in to Veridis Fallon, who happens to sell some nice tailoring patterns.

Right now the quest is up on EU-Frostwolf, and it might be just a coincidence, but the quest circle is being overlapped by a pet battle world quest. You can see it if you zoom into the map, but you have to know where to zoom.
