Your First Cantaric Protolock

Some of these puzzles are 'easy', but for those that need speed, there's actually a 'helper addon', that works on all 3 kinds of puzzles (Cantaric, Mezzonic and Fugueal): Zereth Mortis Puzzle Helper available on curse.

Edit: I found another kind of puzzle, similar to the untying ones from Nazjatar, but those I found are easy enough.

1. 
   
2. To solve this puzzle you need to deactivate all lights in the grid
3. 
   
4. You can press on left or bottom row controls to switch the color of all cells in the row/column.
5. 
   
6. You can press only 5 rows and 5 columns, so 10 in total (at least that's what the Firim said)
   And if you fail the grid will reset or you can reset it manually
7. 
   
8. The pattern is random but kinda obvious to see

Thanks for the tips on how to do the puzzles, the addons, the endless youtube videos. Could someone inform WHERE to get the quest started? I believe it's a drop but no clue what it drops off. Thank you in advance.
