There are several ways to get reputation with factions in Legion

World Quests - main source of reputation
At level 110 you will get Uniting the Isles quest.
Need to have Friendly with the 5 major Legion factions.
Don't need [faction=1090] and [faction=1894]
So complete 1/3 quests in each zone and you can do world quests.
Do world quest in zones assotiated with it's faction.
[faction=1894] target all 5 zones with WANTED and DANGER quests.
[faction=1090] has basically three quests that can spawn in random zone: Enigmatic, Ley Race, The Magic of Flight
At this point you need reputation to get pets/gear/toys/profession recipes
And there are 3 Broken Isles Diplomat & Friends in a Broken Land & The Nightfallen achievements
World quests have unique "daily" mechaincs. It is not exactly daily, but i will call it this way
You will see something like this on your map

After you complete 4 world quests of the faction you see on your map, you can go to the emissary and claim your reward.
You will always get 1 reputation Insignia like [item=141990]. The list is at the bottom of this post.
[faction=1090] daily gives you any reputation Insignia you want to. Can choose reward yourself
You have 3 daily quest and you have 3 days to complete it.
1 quest changes every day
So it feels like daily, but you can just wait 2 days and then complete all 3 quests.
No need to do them every day.
They work similar to the dungeon or raid lockouts.
Everyone have the same 3 quests.

Treasure chests
You can get +250 reputation Insignia (like [item=139024]) from lots of treasure chests in all 5 zones.
The drop rate is extremely low, 5% or less, actually i got only 2 insignias after ~200 chests

Order Hall missions
At 110 level you will unlock missions in you garrison that reward you with another type of boa Insignia

Extra reward is [item=141344] and it is just 1 more reputation Insignia with random faction
So you can get +500 reputation from 1 mission
Dungeons
I'm not sure if it's correct, but from my experience you get +250 reputation from running dungeons on any difficulty.
But you get reputation only once a day, or maybe there is some other limitation.

- Court of FarondisThe ghostly Court of Farondis and its allies continue the fight against an onslaught of invaders on the cursed island of Azsuna.

- Highmountain TribeThe Highmountain Tribe has dwindled in numbers over the years, and with the drogbar threat looming, seek new allies to save their homeland.
- The ValarjarThese are the chosen warriors of Odyn, sworn to his service in life and death.

Not all reputations must be achieved on one character. You could do each of the reputations on a different character and it would still apply to this achievement, as it is account-wide, not character-specific.
very disappointing and just plain wrong what they have done here. what has flying got to do with reputation? zero, zilch , nothing. Flying should be offered for a very expensive price at maximum level, non of the mumbo jumbo clap trap these devs babble...its us paying for this game , without us they have no game, and no subscription income..a tiny minority didnt want flying, so democratically what do they do? side with the tiny minority in north america...when pretty much the entire community wanted max level flying for a price.
Rep grinding is nothing but a scam...it's not new content in the slightest..its not a new expansion...its you wanting to wrap your head around a post and kil yourself from pointlessness of it.
Yet you you have to grind your knuckles to the bones....lest anyone forget most of us leveled new characters up to maximum level and many alts...we are tired of the mindless and pointless grind..and it should not exist for flying..its simple.
