Artifact Research Notes:
You want to start researching [item=139390] at your class hall as soon as possible.
The artifact power reward from World Quests are greatly increased for each [item=139390] you have used.

Class Hall Perk:
Each class hall can be 'upgraded' with 'Order Advancement' perks, these can be researched at the 'Class Hall Upgrades npc.
One of these upgrades is the ability to complete a World Quest at your choise once every 3 days, each class hall has a different name for this upgrade.

3rd Party Mods:
All world quest mods tested does basically the same thing showing a list of available quests.
The one that outstand is World Quest Tracker, it has a "not-bunch-of-text-to-read" way to show available quests and has its own tracker to organize which quests you wanna do.

As of 7.1, alts will not need to meet the reputation requirements provided their main has completed this quest.

Okay, so I couldn't find instructions on how to unlock WQ for the Broken Shore on my alts and it seemed strange because I have them unlocked on my main even though that toon does NOT meet the rep requirements.

I have repeated this multiple times on alts, none have any legion rep, my main doesn't even meet the Valajar rep.

Here is what I did.

-First Go to Legion Dalaran and talk to Khadgar in the Violet Citadel (about 28,48)

-Get and Complete Uniting the Isles.

Now this "Khadgar" won't have the next quest for the Broken Shore.

-Fly over to Krasus' Landing (66.25, 42.03) and talk to this "Khadgar".

-Pick up the quest Armies of Legionfall and complete it.

Next this same "Khadgar" will give you Assault on Broken Shore

-Either complete the assault or skip the scenario.

Once that is over, you should be at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore with WQ unlocked on the Broken Shore and the rest of the Broken Isles.

---NO Reputation Grind is needed---
