Much like the initial quest to vacuum them, this can be cheesed by summoning your Honey Bee battle pet and vacuuming it up a few times.
Like the other Anima Vacuum quests, this quest item has a very frustrating interaction with dragonriding/flight form, where it either causes a fixed pitch offset (not allowing you to fly directly downwards), or where it forceably pitches up your dragon-riding.

Description
