i can understand (sort of) why it was a requirement to clear HoF before starting on ToES during the 5.0/5.1 patch cycle, but with the new tier content out in 5.2, why is it still necessary to clear HoF before entering ToES? i know this is still a requirement at the time of this posting because after a sha of anger kill i tried entering terrace before leaving raid group and could not enter because i hadn't killed grand empress shek'zeer yet.
