What Blizzard said
Blizzard's own posts that name 1.60.1, captured by our tracker. The reason an entry below exists is in these words, not ours; each is linked to the original.

New items
The build adds 3 items. Slot and binding come from the item record itself.
other items: Azurky (epic, bind on pickup)
back items: Eternal Explorer's Backpack (rare, bind on pickup)
tabard items: Tabard of Eternal Exploration (epic, bind on pickup)
New spells and talent changes
The build adds 1 spell. Spell records are the noisiest family in a client build (every new item effect, aura and NPC ability is one), so the names below are examples and the true count is the number that matters.
Summon Azurky
New creatures
The build adds 1 creature to the creature table: the NPCs, bosses and critters the new content is built from. Spawn locations are server-side and are not in the client, so only the names are known.
Computed from build record 13307 (1.60.1.70291) to build record 13607 (1.60.1.70334). Every count on this page is the number of rows that changed between those two records.
Each World of Warcraft game build is compared field-by-field against the previous build of
the same version line. Added, changed and removed records are read directly from the client
database, not from patch notes. Prices shown are the game's own vendor values, formatted with
live coin denominations; where a value is unknown it is left blank rather than guessed.
Counts are the true totals for the build; where a heading reads "40 of 11,892" the rows
under it are that many examples, and a record the client has not named yet is left out
rather than printed as an id. A removed record is shown by name without a link, because
the entry it pointed at is gone from the client. Every build lands in the
patch news feed the day it is ingested.
