I have the quest showing up on the map, Mikanikos has a large, shiny exclamation mark over his head but can't get the quest to pop up!
Did it just a few days ago on another character so must be some bad voodoo with the 9.2.5 launch...

You need at least four empty bag slots to complete this. 3 greys need to be in your bag from the first 3 chests, then the 4th chest will have the [item=174330]
Otherwise abandon the quest and restart.
Official reply from GM is: We have received several reports about this and our devs could confirm that this is a bug they're working on as I write this. Unfortunately there is no workaround or solution at this time.

Description
I've come up with the perfect design to fit your needs--a crown capable of channeling the powers of the Harvesters. I need one more tool to put it together, a mold. Circular objects difficult to get right. Go up to my old storage. A perfect mold exists there. I'm sure of it. Perhaps in one of my old trunks. Go rummage around for it, will you?
