TheWoWDBSo this quest drove me crazy. You have to gather all 3 quest there an do them to earn the recommendation. The Magister 1 really had me mixed up, but if you look sw you will see a quest to go charge the staff. Hope this helps

This quest was so confusing. You have to pick up each of the quests from each of the Blood Elves.
For Farstrider Recommendation - You need to complete A Test of the Hunt -> Kill Enchroaching Lynx & Invasive Lynx in the nearby area.
For Blood Knight Recommendation - You need to complete A Test of Blood -> Duel Jesthenis Sunstriker on the top of the tower.
For Magister Recommendation - You need to complete A Test of the Arcane -> Charge the staff at /way 42.06, 20.28
Go to 42,20 and charge the staff
